TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

This document sets out the rules for using the website and the terms for purchasing the products sold by KBK PROJEKT SRL.

2. DEFINITIONS

• Buyer: The natural or legal person placing an order.
• Seller: KBK PROJEKT SRL.
• Products: Lighting fixtures and accessories sold under the Fokus Light brand.

3. PLACING AN ORDER By placing an order (online, by phone, or by email), the Buyer agrees to the form of communication through which the Seller conducts its operations. The order is considered accepted only after stock availability is confirmed by an operator.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT All prices are stated in Lei (MDL) and include VAT. Payment can be made:

• Cash or card on pickup;
• By bank transfer (based on the payment invoice);
• Online by card.

5. DELIVERY AND RECEIPT The Buyer is required to check the visible integrity of the package upon receipt. Any complaint regarding damage to the product during transport must be made immediately.
6. RIGHT OF RETURN (NATURAL PERSONS) In accordance with Law No. 105 of 13-03-2003 on consumer protection, the Buyer has the right to return the product within 14 calendar days, provided that it has not been used and retains its commercial appearance, seals, and original packaging intact.
7. WARRANTIES The products are covered by warranty in accordance with the legislation in force and the manufacturer's policies (specified in the warranty certificate or invoice).
8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA KBK PROJEKT SRL processes personal data (name, phone, address) solely for order processing and delivery, in accordance with Law No. 133/2011.
